Nancy straightened her pastel green skirt out once again that matched perfectly with her pastel pink, yellow, and blue flowered blouse. She smiled happily as she began placing the different plates of foods neatly along the table. They were ordered according to food groups: all the wheats and breads at the farthest left end, then the fruits and veggies, then any meats (though there weren't many), and finally the sweets (which consisted of chocolate eggs, tiny marshmellow snackums, and chocolate-vanilla marble cake).
Her smile grew as she stood back to examine her work.
"Not too bad, if I do say so myself!" She announced, giving herself a tiny little round of applause on her finger tips. She turned to the smaller table behind her and clicked on the radio. Some relaxing, oldies tunes from maybe 70s began playing and she performed a small jig to it before pausing to retie a loose balloon (matching pastel to the rest of the decorations, of course!). She tossed her head slightly to remove the hair from her eyes that had somehow escaped her hair band (a mystery she'd solve on a later date) and looked towards the front door.
"I just know I made sure everyone got an invitation!" She muttered, lightly tapping her upper lip. "I do hope everyone didn't forget!"

Devina looked at the invitation she had in her hands. She hoped this thing was right. She was assuming it was, it WAS addressed to her. She read through it again.
GROWL
That was her stomach talking... She was feeling a little hungry right now. She was really hoping there was some food at the party. She looked at the door (I'm asuming it's not in the outdoors...) an knocked on the door and waited for a response.
She knocked on the doornd waited for an answer.

Kita quietly stepped up to the door, studying the invitation in her hands with quiet curiousity. She was completely not sure of this at all. First of all, she didn't much like parties. Secondly, she doubted she'd know a soul there. She stopped short of the door when she noticed the slightly smaller turtle with a pink mask knocking at it.
Well, this was certainly awkward.
Nancy couldn't help but give a tiny hop before heading to the door and opening it. She smiled politely and stepped back.
"Hey! Welcome!" She said happily. "I'm Nancy-" (she took the turtle's hand and shook it lightly) "-Nancy Drew, that is. Just step inside and make yourself at home-- snacks are on the table."

Unlike the previous Valentines Day event, Rika Furude managed to dig up a set of clothing that would fit nicely for the Easter party. She wore a black sleeveless collar top, red tie, skirt, and dress shoes with thigh high white socks. To add to the Easter theme, she had a black cotton tail and bunny ears pinned to her hair, one of them with a red ribbon tied around it. ((Click for cute Bunny Rika picture!))
Unseen by most, as usual, and floating next to Rika was Hanyuu. Rika's ghostly friend squealed in delight. 'Auauau! The invitation said there would be sweets! Let's eat, let's eat!' Hanyuu darted through the door and headed straight for the table.
The little Japanese girl looked up from her invitation and watched as Hanyuu bolted right into the building. Rika wasn't just going to rudely walk in without a greeting. Stepping up to the door next to the two turtles whom appeared to have beaten her in arriving early, she greeted the others by the door in English. "Hello everyone." Turning to Nancy, Rika dipped herself into a polite bow, her bunny ears swaying forward as she did, "Thank you for inviting me, Nancy. I'm Rika Furude."
Straightening herself back up, Rika fiddled with the ends of one of her ears. "Mii~" She let out a tiny mew despite having bunny ears and out of habit, "This outfit is ok, I hope?"

Nancy smiled and curtsied to the newcomer. She stepped aside to let the others walk in and gave her head a nod.
"Of course! It's perfect!" She stated, giving one of the bunny ears a poke. She watched it bounce up and down in response and giggled. "Absolutely perfect."
She nodded to the inside and led the three first guests into the house.
"Feel free to snack, explore, dance, talk, whatever you please-- it's pretty much a free lance party!" She announced lightly, waving a hand in the directions of things as she brought them up. "Uh, there's egg-decorating in the kitchen and I think there might even be croquet outside in the back!"

"Thank you, again." Little Rika gave an understanding nod once Nancy finished explaining where everything was. She looked thoughtfully at the direction of the kitchen.
Sometimes she'd enjoy drawing, so maybe egg-decorating would be fun for her. "I think I can paint a pretty nice egg. Ni-paa!" She flashed a smile.
Before she could head to the kitchen, she caught sight of Hanyuu anxiously flying around the table of sweets. Due to their linked senses, the ghost couldn't taste anything unless Rika ate something. The spirit looked all teary-eyed and pleaded to her mortal friend, 'I'm hungry!'
Then Rika decided to change her mind. "Actually, I think I'll go eat first." Smiling, she tried to keep from looking really annoyed by keeping her 'ni-paa' smile on and walked over to the table of sweets.

Roy soon showed up to the party as well, just as the turtles and Rika entered the room. He was holding the invitation between his first two fingers, his free hand lightly placed in the pocket of, surprisingly, not his uniform, but a pair of casual slacks. His shirt was a simple white button up the front shirt, though the collar was left undone and he lacked a tie. The sleeves were rolled casually up to his forearms, and the only evidence of Easter on his person was a small bunny pin on the end of his collar.
It was very quickly obvious who the actual host of the party was, and the Colonel had to admit he was slightly disappointed. The quaint handwriting and well-written invitation seemed to portray a very bright, interesting woman. It seemed though, that her letter-writing skills surpassed her actual age. So much for that.
But, an invitation it was, and Mustang had to admit that he did enjoy a good party. No doubt this one would be of good quality, if the invitation was any evidence of that. So, he cleared his throat and put a pleasant almost-smile on his face, and approached the already open door. "Hello, Nancy?" He offered a hand after pocketing the invitation, "Roy Mustang. Pleasure to meet you." His smile then turned into a real one. She really did seem like a sweet girl. "So this is the party?" the dark haired man peeked over Nancy's shoulder and spotted Rika at the food table. She was dressed as a rather adorable (if not a bit older than he thought she was) rabbit, and gathering a few treats.
It seemed he was one of the first ones there. "Looks like you've put a lot of work into it," He said kindly, stepping inside only after Nancy bid him enter.
